Society is a chaotic cultural space. There are all kind of different insane people wondering around on the street. Indeed, I have been working on the trading business, meeting with the people who would put profit as a the first priority, looking through their hungry eyes.
At first, the people would put lots of efforts showing their emphasize, but not with sincerity. Their words sound very honest, but the reality does not match with the quality of honesty. As an individual, I do feel confuse with these sort of people. The best I would do is setting up the boundary, not letting them to over cross. Having the boundary, establish the protection for myself.
Are these the people evil?
No they are not evil, even though they have committed sinful acts such as unethical business practice. Some of these people come from unfortunate background; they have to use an extreme method to achieve their materialistic success without the concern of ethical success. However, the eagerness desire for the materialistic success, would ruin and dim an individual to have short sight without considering the worst consequence such as credit bankrupt and illegal act commitment.
Furthermore, wanting to develop a good network, needs to have a good focus on self-development. Since an individual has a positive energy to improve his or her characteristic; this would attract the good people to work together. Ascertaining the good principle ground would establish on the good credit base.
In order to become a spiritual leader, I also need to develop a skill that would improve my value. My goal is keep learning the things are pragmatic, determining a project that would maintain the long term consistency. I establish project and business partnership, that would consider the consequential impact that whether it would continue to reflect the 20-30 years later outcome.
Why honesty is the best remedy?
There are people might take an advantage from my honesty, not reciprocal his or her honesty. It is a good thing for me. I can simply to stop to invest my effort to work with these people; and this is also one of the easiest ways to establish a successful community.
Reading, writing, and speaking, these three are my consistency self-development. As long as I keep these momentum, I will become a little bit smarter everyday.
